Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Rovelo. By creating an account or accessing any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Rovelo.

Rovelo is a third-party Roblox group management platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Use of Rovelo is also subject to Roblox's own Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a Rovelo account or using any feature of the Rovelo dashboard or API, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using Rovelo on behalf of a Roblox group or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that group to these terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Rovelo following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Rovelo account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. Accounts found to contain false information may be suspended without notice. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or any access restriction we have applied.

3. Use Licence & Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, Rovelo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Rovelo dashboard and API for the purpose of managing your Roblox group workspaces. This licence is solely for your personal or internal organisational use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicence any part of Rovelo's codebase, UI, or underlying software.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of Rovelo's proprietary systems.
• Use the Rovelo API to build a competing service or to resell access to third parties.
• Automate requests to our API in a way that exceeds reasonable usage or circumvents our rate limiting.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Rovelo for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Rovelo, its users, or Roblox Corporation. Specifically, you must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's workspace, account, or data.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent Roblox account information during the verification process.
• Use Rovelo to harass, impersonate, or target other users or Roblox group members.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Use Rovelo in any way that violates Roblox's Terms of Service or Community Standards.

5. Roblox Verification

Rovelo's verification system uses a publicly readable emoji code placed in a Roblox user's profile biography to confirm account ownership. By completing verification, you confirm that the Roblox account you are linking is your own. Attempting to verify an account that does not belong to you is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension.

Rovelo accesses only publicly available Roblox API endpoints. We do not request, store, or use Roblox account passwords or authentication cookies at any point.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, software, and materials within Rovelo — including the Rovelo name, logo, and dashboard interface — are the intellectual property of Rovelo and its creators. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

Roblox, the Roblox logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Rovelo makes no claim to these marks.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Rovelo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of any data retrieved from the Roblox API, as that data is sourced from a third-party platform outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rovelo and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or disruption to your Roblox group operations.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Rovelo in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £10 (GBP), whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the security or integrity of the platform. Upon termination, your right to access Rovelo ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time via the Rovelo dashboard settings. Upon deletion, we will process the removal of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications to the Service

Rovelo is continuously evolving. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the service as a whole at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of significant changes where possible, but are not obligated to do so.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
